Responsible Gaming at rk999
rk999 is committed to providing every player in Bangladesh with the tools and information they need to keep gambling fun, safe, and always within their personal limits.
rk999's Commitment to Player Wellbeing
At rk999, responsible gaming is a core value built into the platform from the ground up — not an afterthought. We understand that for millions of players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and the rest of Bangladesh, gambling is a legitimate form of entertainment. We also know that for some individuals it can develop into a problem, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our aim is to ensure every player who chooses rk999 does so freely, informedly, and within boundaries they are comfortable with.
rk999 actively monitors play patterns, provides self-management tools, and trains our support team to respond with empathy and expertise whenever a player reaches out for help. Every tool described on this page is available free of charge to all registered rk999 players. To access them, log in to your account and visit the Responsible Gaming section of your settings, or contact rk999 live chat support at any time.
⚠️ Gambling is for adults aged 21 and above only. If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please stop and seek help immediately. rk999 support is available 24/7.
21+ Age Restriction — No Exceptions
rk999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This applies to everyone accessing rk999 from anywhere in Bangladesh. At registration, all players must confirm they meet this requirement. rk999 also conducts identity verification (KYC) checks to validate age, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited under rk999's Terms & Conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing gambling platforms, we strongly recommend using parental control software and browser-level filtering tools to block access to gambling websites on shared or family devices. rk999 fully supports these measures and asks all adults in Bangladesh to take responsibility for protecting minors from online gambling.

Setting Your Deposit Limits on rk999
Deposit limits are one of the most practical tools rk999 offers to help players keep control of their spending. A deposit limit caps the maximum amount you can transfer into your rk999 account within a set time window. rk999 offers three independent limit types — you may set all three at once to build a layered control framework suited to your personal financial situation.
Daily Deposit Limit
Caps your total deposits within a single calendar day. Resets at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Best for players who want tight day-to-day spending control.
Weekly Deposit Limit
Caps your total deposits over any rolling 7-day period. Effective for players whose daily spending varies but who want to stay within a fixed weekly budget overall.
Monthly Deposit Limit
Caps total deposits across a full calendar month. Increases take at least 30 days to take effect — this prevents impulsive limit raises during a losing run. Reductions take effect immediately to protect players without delay.
Time-Out and Self-Exclusion Options
Sometimes you simply need a break from gambling — for a few days, a few weeks, or indefinitely. rk999 provides a full range of time-out and self-exclusion options so you can step away from the platform quickly and decisively at any time.
Short Time-Out (24 Hours to 30 Days)
Activate a short time-out to temporarily suspend your rk999 access. During the period you cannot log in, place bets, deposit, or claim bonuses. Once started, a time-out cannot be cancelled early — it runs its full duration before your account reopens automatically.
Extended Self-Exclusion (1 to 12 Months)
For a more sustained break, rk999 offers self-exclusion periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. All platform access is suspended for the full selected period, and all marketing to your registered contact details is suppressed. To request extended self-exclusion, contact rk999 support via live chat.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you need to stop gambling with rk999 permanently, you may request a permanent self-exclusion. This closes your account on an indefinite basis and is irreversible — rk999 will not reinstate a permanently excluded account under any circumstances. Any remaining balance will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method before closure.
Important: During any active time-out or self-exclusion, do not attempt to open a new rk999 account. This violates our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent closure of both accounts. If you are struggling with problem gambling, opening a new account will not help — please contact support or a dedicated helpline instead.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of background, income, or experience. These are common warning signs that gambling may be developing into a problem. If you recognise any of these in your own behaviour, please reach out for support without delay.
- Gambling with money set aside for rent, food, utility bills, or other essential expenses
- Feeling unable to stop gambling even when you want to or know that you should
- Chasing losses by continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money already lost
- Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you are spending on gambling
- Neglecting work, study, family responsibilities, or your own health in order to gamble more
- Borrowing money from others or taking out loans specifically to fund gambling activity
- Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when unable to access gambling or when trying to cut back
Recognising these signs is the first step toward regaining control. Problem gambling is a recognised condition that responds well to the right support. rk999 encourages anyone who identifies with any of the above to speak to a trusted person or to contact a dedicated support service. You are not alone.
Tips for Keeping Gaming Under Control
These practical habits can help you maintain a healthy relationship with gambling on rk999. They are not restrictions — they are the instincts that experienced, in-control players naturally develop over time.
- Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose — treat it as entertainment spending, not investment or income
- Decide on a time limit before each session and stick to it — use rk999's session timer to enforce it automatically
- Take regular breaks during play — step away from the screen, stretch, drink water, and give your mind time to reset
- Never gamble when stressed, upset, very tired, or under the influence of alcohol or any substance
- Balance gambling with other leisure activities — sports, time with family, reading, or any hobby that brings enjoyment without financial risk
- Review your rk999 activity history regularly — an honest look at your real spending patterns is one of the most powerful self-awareness tools available
