Account Registration and Eligibility
To open and maintain an rk999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension and the voiding of any pending or processed transactions.
Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one rk999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. If rk999 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals across those accounts may be cancelled without compensation.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. rk999 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time for KYC compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading personal information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on rk999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rk999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. rk999 does not accept deposits made using credit or debit cards issued outside Bangladesh without prior approval. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their chosen payment method is permitted under applicable law in their jurisdiction.
Minimum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on rk999 is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit unless separately communicated by rk999 for specific payment methods or player tiers. Deposits are credited to your rk999 account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. rk999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to rk999 are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on average for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform demand. rk999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by rk999 in writing.
Anti-Money Laundering
rk999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. rk999 is required by law to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed. rk999 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your rk999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated on each offer page. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new rk999 players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an rk999 account, used a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions, or been found to have abused bonus offers on any previous account are not eligible for new player promotions. rk999 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
Abuse and Fraud
Any player found to be abusing rk999's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing balanced opposing bets to guarantee profits from a bonus (known as bonus hunting or arbitrage), or using automated software to generate bonus winnings — will have their bonuses voided and their account permanently closed. rk999 may also pursue recovery of any funds extracted through fraudulent bonus activity.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
Players are expected to use rk999 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.
Fraud and Cheating
Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, software vulnerability, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating. This includes the use of bots, automated playing scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with rk999 game servers. Attempts to exploit RNG errors or game malfunctions must be reported to support immediately — any winnings derived from a known malfunction will be voided.
Unlawful Use
rk999 must not be used for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, tax evasion, or any other activity prohibited by the laws of your country of residence. rk999 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required by law, including disclosing player account information where lawfully requested to do so.
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the rk999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, and text — is the intellectual property of rk999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works of any rk999 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. rk999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rk999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
rk999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where modifications are material, rk999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform or by email. Your continued use of rk999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting rk999 support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk999 is registered and operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of rk999 is lawful under the laws of their own country or territory of residence. rk999 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions.
